However, after the Park closes, only vehicles that have been informed at least 24 hours in advance to the Coordination of Events of Ibirapuera Park can enter. |

Is there a reserved place for loading and unloading? The dock of the external ramp should be used for setups on the ground, 2nd and 3rd floors; the dock of the Flag Plaza (Praça das Bandeiras) should be used for setup on the 1st pavement; both dock can be used for setup on all pavements. |
What is necessary for using the loading and unloading docks? Make security available 24 hours at access chains to docks, who should only allow authorized vehicles to enter. |
Is there parking exclusively for exhibitors? Ibirapuera Park is administered by Zona Azul. |
Is there parking exclusively for promoters? A maximum of 10 (ten) vehicles are allowed in the loading and unloading docks of the external ramp, which should carry badges issued by the Coordination of Events of Ibirapuera Park. |

In case an increase is not requested, what is the procedure? Additional energy demand should be supplied by the use of Group Generator. |
What is the penalty if we exceed the demand, the request was not made and we did not use the GMG? In addition to the cost of the utilized energy, 200% of the fine of the exceeded use will be charged, in addition to consumption in kWh. |

How should the pavilion be at the moment of delivery inspection? Swept, cleaned, painted (obligatory condition of return). |
If there is some imperfection at delivery or return, how is this registered? The registration is made by an attachment to the term of delivery and return inspection, which becomes an integral part of the TCA. |
How are technical visits of the pavilion done? |
Can we take photographs of the pavilion during these technical visits? Only when authorized by the renter occupying the pavilion. If the pavilion is not occupied there is no restriction. |

Is it possible to hire a valet service? DEPAVE, the organ responsible for administering the park, does not authorize valet service inside the park. If the parking at gate 10 is not full, a valet service can be used in the parking lot to the Bienal area only on the day of the event opening. |
Do you have vendor registration? We do not have vendor registration. The producer is free to hire whatever vendor. |
